Hep2O Flexible Plumbing System
The Hep2O push-fit flexible plumbing system is backed by a fifty year guarantee and offers a comprehensive range of pipes and fittings in 10, 15, 22 and 28mm nominal diameters for domestic water supply and heating.
The system comprises
flexible plastic 'straight coil' polybutylene
pipework connected to polybutylene fittings that incorporate an integral push-fit mechanism.
Unlike other forms of coiled plastic plumbing pipes, Hep2O flexible plastic plumbing pipes utilising 'straight coil' technology do not return to their coiled state when uncoiled from their convenient Smartpack dispensers, but instead remain straight with no loss of of flexibility.
These characteristics provide a significantly faster, safer and more cost effective installation when compared to rigid plumbing pipe systems, such as copper.
HepRain Rainwater Systems
Hepworth's Rainwater Systems include five systems, Clickfit Half Round and Square 112mm, Half Round High Capacity 150mm and Classic Ogee 115mm. All are manufactured from PVC-u and conform where necessary to relevant standards. All products are available in a range of colours.

Clickfit Half Round 112mm and 150mm systems are suitable for the domestic/housing and large industrial and commercial buildings and utilise 68mm and 110mm circular downpipe, available in Black, Grey, White and Brown.
Clickfit Square gutter is a 112mm system which is suitable for the domestic housing market and utilises 65mm square downpipe. The system also offers a choice between downpipe installed either flush to the wall or off the wall. Available in three colours: Black, White and Brown.
Ogee Gutter system is a high capacity, classic ogee profiled system for use on larger roof areas e.g. Luxury Detached Houses, Apartment Blocks amd Modern Office Buildings. 65mm square downpipe is utilised. Available in Black, Brown and White.
High Capacity 115mm guttering system is used in conjunction with 68mm downpipe and fittings. Available in four colours: Black, Grey, White and Brown.
Soil & Waste Systems
HepSoil & HepWaste Soil, Waste, Traps and Overflow systems are available in the following diameters: 110mm, 82mm, 50mm, 40mm, 32mm and 19mm, all in a variety of colours.
HepSoil Push-Fit Soil and Ventilation systems are manufactured in 82mm, 110mm and 160mm sizes in PVC-U and are available in a variety of colours to complement its surroundings.
HepSoil Solvent Weld Soil and Ventilation systems are manufactured in 82mm, 110mm and 160mm sizes in PVC-U and are available in a variety of colours to complement its surroundings.
HepWaste Push-Fit waste system is manufactured in 32mm, 40mm and 50mm nominal sizes in polypropylene. Available in Grey, Black and White.
HepWaste ABS Solvent waste system is manufactured in 32mm, 40mm and 50mm nominal sizes. Available in Grey, Black and White.
