DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery Charges UK Mainland (except Scottish Highlands)

Delivery Charges for the Highlands and all other areas will be quoted upon request, please call our Internet Sales Hotline on 0161 762 1310 or email sales@phoenixpipes.co.uk.

DELIVERY 

Deliveries will be made by a National UK carrier. Goods will normally be delivered within 2-5 working days of order date.

Should there be any damaged or missing items it is important that it is noted on the carriers paperwork. All damages/missing item requests must be notified to our Internet Sales Hotline on 0161 762 1310 within 3 working days of receipt of your goods.

Damaged Items: If any parcel/package arrives damaged please write "Damaged Items" on the drivers consignment note.

Missing Items: The carriers consignment note detail the number of packages and bundles of pipe that are being delivered. If any packages or bundles of pipe are missing please write "Missing Items" on the drivers consignment note.

If no damaged/missing items are logged on the carriers consignment note we will not be able to offer a replacement or credit.

RETURNS 

In the event that you may wish to return your goods please contact the Internet Sales Hotline on 0161 762 1310 or email sales@phoenixpipes.co.uk within 3 working days from the receipt of your goods for authorisation and return address.

Returns: All goods should be returned within 30 days of their receipt in their original packaging in the condition that they were sent, any goods returned will remain your responsibility until we have taken delivery at our distribution warehouse.

Inspection: All returned goods will be inspected prior to being taken back into stock for signs of damage/missing items, we will notify you if there are any problems.

Refund: Once we have accepted your goods back into stock you will be issued a refund less a 25% restocking charge (excluding delivery charges).
